It is accurate as far as we know at the time of writing, and it is not advice you should act on without talking to someone who knows your situation. Nothing on this site creates a professional relationship between us, and nothing on it is a promise of a result.

2. Not professional advice

The descriptions of our services, our process and our technical approach are illustrations of how we work, not recommendations for your particular system. In particular, nothing on this site is:

• Technical or architectural advice for your codebase. Good architecture is specific to constraints we cannot see from here.
• Security advice. Our describing secure implementation practice does not make your system secure, and does not amount to an assessment of it.
• Compliance or legal advice. Where the site mentions data privacy, HIPAA or similar regimes, it means we build systems designed to help clients meet those obligations under a signed engagement. It is not a legal opinion, not a certification, and not a substitute for your own counsel or auditor. Compliance is a property of your whole organisation, not of software alone.
• Financial, tax or business advice.

Get advice on your own facts before you make a decision. We are happy to be the ones who give it — under an engagement, where we have actually looked.

3. No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, error-free or suitable for any purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

This disclaimer covers the site. Work we deliver under a signed engagement agreement carries the warranties set out in that agreement — which is where warranties belong.

4. Examples, figures and timelines are indicative

• Example projects and case material shown on this site are illustrative of the kind of work we do. Details may be anonymised, simplified or composited to respect client confidentiality.
• Any statistics, metrics or outcomes describe past situations under their own conditions. Past results do not predict yours.
• Testimonials are individual opinions of the people who gave them. They are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience.
• Timelines, availability and response times — including any statement about replying within a business day — are targets we work to, not contractual commitments.
• Statements about what we will build or how a project will go are forward-looking and depend on facts neither of us knows yet. Scope, effort and cost are agreed in writing, per project.

5. External links and third-party content

This site links to third-party sites and uses third-party services. We do not control them, we do not endorse their content by linking to it, and we are not responsible for what they do or for any loss arising from your dealings with them. Imagery, trademarks and names belonging to others remain theirs.

6. Errors and omissions
